Aroma is faint but a hint of Belgian yeast surfaces. Pretty sparkly and carbonated. Similar to the Saison de Lente without the Brett. Really warms up the cheeks.

Draft @ the bruery. Mild brett funk, hay and grassy on the nose. Pours blonde with a thick white head. Mild funk with a hoppy dry crisp flavor. Awesome.

Appearance: Pours a semi cloudy yellow gold with a tight white ring of foam.

Aroma: Earthy, spicy yeast and flowers.

Taste: Dry, earthy yeast, dry biscuit malt and faint spicy hops.

Mouthfeel: Thin, fizzy, crisp, refreshing.

Overall: Solid gold. Very balanced, great to drink and look at.

On tap at the Bruery. Nice Blonde color pour. Nice hoppy some sweet spice. Very tasty beer.

Tap at Browerij Lane. Light malty nose. Pours a blonde amber. Crisp and refreshing but then right at the end someone sits there and flashes the Brett switch on and off and gives a nice hint of the Brett and sour. Very light with the Brett but a nice added hint. Really nice.

Trip to The Bruery, July 2010. Pours golden with a thin off-white head. Aromas of candy sugar and clove. Very mild with a slight wheaty taste. Not too sweet.

Tap at The Bruery. Light yellow orange with no head to speak of. Some tropical fruit, lots of bread and some brett character. I would love to see this bottled and try it in about 6 months.

On tap at the Bruery. Pours a golden yellow with slight white head. Aroma is mainly bread, yeast, and fruits. Taste is about the same, really get the Brett in the first sip as the the yeast and bread flavors hit you first. Mouthfeel is pretty watered-down, slightly fizzy with good carbonation. A let down from the Bruery, no complexities, just a seemingly watered-down attempt at a Belgian Blonde. Maybe it will age well, but probably won’t be going back to this one on tap.

On draft. Golden with a white head. Light aroma of citrus, Brett, bananas, grain. Light sweetness, nice palate.
