Tap at Browerij Lane. Light malty nose. Pours a blonde amber. Crisp and refreshing but then right at the end someone sits there and flashes the Brett switch on and off and gives a nice hint of the Brett and sour. Very light with the Brett but a nice added hint. Really nice.

Tap at The Bruery. Light yellow orange with no head to speak of. Some tropical fruit, lots of bread and some brett character. I would love to see this bottled and try it in about 6 months. Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - DEC 9, 2010
Draft. Pours a super pale gold body with a white head. Musky dry leather notes, the aroma is very muted. A light fruit tone, citrus and pear with brett in the finish. I liked it. beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - JUL 17, 2010
Sampled on tap at the Brewery (or is it the Bruery?) on 7/9/2010. This Belgian ale pours a light orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and dry, slightly sweet. A medium to light bodied Belgian ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, a touch of vanilla and perhaps a touch of funk. The hops are herbal. Light carbonation. Very nice flavors for a 4% beer. The brett is, so far at least, in the background of this beer, A touch of funk and a dry finish at the moment. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
