Draft at the brewery. Pours a dark reddish brown, with a small head. Caramel malt, fruit, red grape, currants, oak, vinegar, sourness, and somewhat earthy. Medium body. Ok.

murky, dark brown. Tannic sour on the nose. But also a vanilla note it seems. Some fruit as well. Lots of fruit up front, and a nice carry over of tannin and sour notes.

Dark amber/mahogany pour with a small khaki head. Really vinous nose. Pinot noir-like, almost. Oak, chocolate, leather, mushrooms, and balsamic and red wine vinegars. Lemon zest, light malt sweetness, and caramel. Nice vinous flavor. Sour balsamic and red wine vinegars, oak, mushrooms, earth, and lemon zest. Grass, some chocolate, oak, and mild malt sweetness.
