COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This sensory getaway transports you to a corner bodega with our friends at Funky Buddha in South Florida to recreate the flavors you’d find in a Cuban guava pastry. Championing the big, bold flavors that both of our breweries are known for, we brewed an imperial cream ale, adding lactose and vanilla to impart sweet, custard-like ribbons, and guava for filling its conceptual authenticity. It’s a collaboration that’s equal parts inspiration and admiration.

Bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, vanilla, corn and tropical fruit. Malt and corn flavor giving way to vanilla before a tropical fruit finish. Had potential, but the corn just dominates.

Rami Rami is drinking a ¡Guava Libre! by The Bruery at garwolińska Nie znam guawy, ale to smakuje i pachnie jak mocno tropikalne milkshake ipa lekko skrzyzowane z pawiem niemowlaka. Sporo ciala. Slodkie i kwaskowate

Butelka. Barwa żółto-pomaraczowa. Piana biała, zbita. Aromat owoców, yoghurtu. Trochę mdłe. Alkohol niewyczuwalne.

W aromacie sporo tropików, jakieś skojarzenia z mango milkshake ipami. W smaku dosyć mdłe. Dziwne.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2018 Mega owocowe ala multiwitamina plus alkohol. Początkowo świeży, potem trochę siada. Barwa i piana ok. W smaku słodycz, owoce ale i trochę ściągające na finiszu. Fajny początek, jednak finisz ciężki.

12/29/2017 (750mL capped bottle): Aroma is mostly vanilla [extract] milk froth; opaque, muddy, orange-cream color with a large. frothy off-white head; overly fruity, abnormally sweet, fake vanilla extract, cream, boozy/alcoholic finish; medium body, smooth, decent amount of carbonation that helps lighten up this beer a bit, but seems a little weird due to the cement-like appearance; sadly, I haven't had a Cuban guava pastry to compare with this beer, but it drinks more like a fruity cream liqueur that is just slightly too sweet and too fake-flavored to really enjoy.

Bottle share in Lodz. Aroma is bubble gum, overripe fruits, yoghurt. Creamy texture, kind of bland taste. Guava turns out to not be that good.

November 2017 - Tasting at CBC Islington. Bottle shared with big thanks to Kenny. As 'The Bruery ¡Guava Libre!'. Hazy vibrant orange, translucent, still, foamy off-white head leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is creamy, apricot yoghurt, not getting guava on aroma. Body is light and frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is cream covered fruits, icecream in lemonade, apricot yoghurt, some kefir with fruit. Interesting. (6-4-6-3-14=3.3)
