Cask at the Bruery. Pours a hazy odd straw yellow to musty orange. Aroma is grapefruit, bread, straw, slight pepper. Taste is biscuit, straw, bitter citrus zest and some grapefruit stuff going on at the end of the pour. Blairgus (4613) - California, USA - AUG 4, 2013
4 aug 2013, cask at the Bruery. Yellow, kind of white. Nose is slightly musty and some lemon rind. Thin body and almost flat. Perfect cask body. Can't really find the coconut. Belgian ale yeast and some lemon rind. Ok. Just the gremlin on cask.

On cask @ The Bruery. Hazed bright straw color with a soapy white head. Nose is grapefruit, bread, yeast, and a touch of lemon. Light citric tartness, grass, and a hint if spice. Malty flavor of bread and cracker. Some dough, banana, grapefruit, and lemon. Hints of tartness and yeast on the finish.
