ouch. This is strawberry vinegrette. Reason 1001 why I don’t drink bruery beers. LOL. Straight strawberry juice and nothing else.

Bottle. Hazy, yeasty brown liquid with small to medium white head . Looks like coffee with milk. Aroma of lemon, vinegar, wood, light grain and apple skin. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of raspberries, lemon and wood. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice! corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 14, 2015
Pours a very hazy, dark golden amber color with tangerine edges and a half finger off-white head that quickly settles into a very thin ring. Minimal spotty lacing left behind. Heavy yeast sediment floating around.
Funky, vinous aroma with light fruit, prominent phenols/bandaid along with a strong jammy strawberry presence. Slightly creamy with dry oak, musty brett, strawberry and cream but the phenols are really odd. Still smells pretty good though.
Tart, sour and funky with a strong tart berry flavor and again, an unpleasant phenol character that is very potent in the finish. Slightly creamy with dry, toasted oak and musty bugs followed by bandaid and acidic tartness. Harsh solvent nail polish/acetone in finish which really hurts the drinkability of this beer a lot. Smells good, like sour strawberry candy. Very tart strawberry taste, like eating the top. Good mouthfeel for a sour.
