Draft. Dark brown pour. Had a very nutty aroma, some hoppiness in the there as well. Very hoppy flavor, quite tasty. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - FEB 4, 2009
On tap at Bruery a few Fridays ago. Color was golden amber with a light tan head. Aroma of earth, pine, Belgianish yeast with a hint of BO. Flavor was a bit of an odd mix for me. Hops were very earthy, and reminded me a bit of mesquite wood mixed with BO. Dry finish. Not very balanced. Just ok for me. Brewsmith (148) - Torrance, California, USA - FEB 3, 2009
From a growler fill at the Bruery poured into a Willi Becher style 0.5 L glass. Aroma is a combination of fresh American hop cirtus with Belgian yeast fruit, spice, and bubblegum. Amber brick orange with a big pillowy beige head. Hop flavor is up front with caramel and toasted malt flavors. A touch of sweetness, but balanced toward bitterness. Higher carbonated like many of their beers. Dry finish with some lingering bitterness and yeast character. kegbear (436) - Orange, California, USA - JAN 23, 2009
On tap at Bruery. Amber pour with thick white head. Flavor of piney hops and spice. Dry and very good.

On tap at the brewery. Flavors of hops and some orange peel, spruce. Dry but very good. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JAN 17, 2009
On tap. Pours with a foamy, off-white head and a hazy dark amber body. Good lacing. Tons of citrus and spicy hops with a bit of fruit. Surprised at the ABV. Taste is a bit of Belgian yeast, earthiness, and spicy hops. Lively bubbles and a bit dry. Very good, stuff. JohnC (3008) - Mission Viejo, California, USA - JAN 16, 2009

This poured an opaque amber with reddish highlights with a one fingered off white head. The flavor was dry up front with a slightly sweet finish. Very enjoyable, it would be a good session beer.
