Tap at the Bruery. Pours a hazy golden with a medium bubbly/creamy white head. Aroma of spicy and fruity hop notes, reminds me of a saison, bready malt. Flavor of bready malt, lots of
citrusy and some spicy hop notes, very dry, moderate bitterness and again that saison feel. SuzyGreenberg (1603) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 10, 2010
Draft @ Brouwer’s; pale, straw gold with faint haze and thin white head lingering; lemony cream, stale grains, grassy hops; light husky character with crisp, fresh mouthfeel; smooth, almost creamy texture despite it’s very light flavor; sharp lemon peels and pale malt; light, simple and lovely; bone dry finish with husky malt and yeast; my fav of the small lineup of Bruery beers kmweaver (3207) - Petaluma, California, USA - MAY 9, 2010
(fest rating) Draft @ Boonville Beer Fest. Pours a very light straw color; effervescent; hazy, with bright, fine white bubbles, solid lacing; attractive pour. Very bright lemony and grassy hop aroma, not overly bitter, just bright and juicy; very dry core with just a touch of husky rice notes. Medium-light body; lively carbonation, lightly creamy; lots of citrusy, herbal hop flavor with a modest amount of zesty bitterness; very light core, suggestive of rice, beautifully dry; crisp, nicely hopped light beer with plenty of hop character and a well-placed bitterness without overwhelming the quiet malt core; really enjoyable, dry, hoppy, tasty stuff. Lasting, dry finish of citrus and herbal notes, moderately toasty; yum. riversideAK (6260) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - MAY 16, 2010

Sampled on tap at the Brewery (or is it the Bruery?) on 7/9/2010. This beer pours a lightly yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, coconut, herbal and spicy. A light to medium bodied specialty grain beer. The malts are fruity and grainy. A touch of coconut, some herbal grains and a hint of rice ( but in a good way). Nice carbonation. Light and crisp. Good balance. A touch of citrusy fruitiness at the finish. Nice summer beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
