1000th rating FINALLY! Poured from bottle at Reserve Society 2012 event at Phoenix Club. Poured a reddish murky color with a tan head. Aroma was dark fruits and vinegar notes. Taste was more oak than I remember in Marron Acidifie, but seemed a bit sweeter due to the dates and guava added. Really solid sour. knickskicks (1162) - - APR 13, 2014
Red pour. Nose is typical lactic Bruery nose, some sour cherries, guava. Taste is sour cherries, guava, actually do get some dates, a touch of bitterness to offset the sweet and sour. Steasy66 (1155) - Minnesota, USA - AUG 29, 2014
Ruby color and no head. Big fruity citrus. Low carbonation nice fruity flavor. Full body, nice beer. dreadnord (1012) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 8, 2013
Pours amber brown with a small white head. Nose is vinegar, grapes, apples, lemons, brown sugar and spice. Taste is sweet mostly with some bitterness hints and some very earthy tartness on the end. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, light body and a long finish.

[Bottle] pours hazy rusty brown with a small dissipating head. Aroma is red fruit, moderate acetic, light oak, a bit of sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is lightly sour, a touch oily, moderate carbonation, light lactic, a touch sweet, but something just a little off. It just doesn’t taste ’clean’ if that makes sense. Pours cloudy maroon. Some particles. Aroma: nuts, dates, malt. Taste: lactic acidity, malty sweetness. Some warming alcohol at the end. nightrider (754) - encinitas, California, USA - JUN 4, 2011
Pour from the bottle. Brown burgundy in color with slight transparency. Tart fruity aromas with maybe a touch of guava. Medium bodied and smooth on your mouth. Flavors were of cherry, apple, and plum but nothing too long lasting though. Not bad but was expecting a bit more. Prefer Marron to be honest. steelcitybrew (454) - Orlando, Florida, USA - APR 8, 2011
Pours a murky orange with lots of guava sediment in the brew. Aroma is lots apple, cherry, acidy. You get alot more guava in the taste. Sour apples. Palate is good with medium mouthfeel. Acidy. Overall a pretty good brew. kegbear (436) - Orange, California, USA - MAY 29, 2011
Bottle. Much like the Marron Acidifie but smoother and a bit more funky. Lots of juicy fruit flavors.
