Bottle at Black Christmas 2017 mcberko (19193) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 10, 2017
Amber color. Sweet aroma; there is some coconut, toffee, peanuts; sweet mouthfeel, some alcohol; it comes through as artificial and boozy, but good.
750mL bottle, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out caramel, coconut and vanilla. Flavour is along the same lines, with vanilla, coconut and caramel. Very sweet, but it’s done well. Solid. beerplace (2155) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 10, 2017

#* you, Brian) from the bottle on Black Christmas V. Pours a a golden with a tan head. Aroma is bourbon and dark fruits. Similar taste. Good.
Bottle thanks to DasBeef! Pours clear copper brown with a small foamy offwhite head which soon recedes. Aroma is coconut, caramel, touch of bourbon. Taste is coconut, caramel sweet, toffee sweet. Coconut on the nose but not in the taste. Syrupy mouthfeel. badgerben (5349) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - NOV 10, 2017
Light brown color with a medium head. Massive coconut aroma, with hints of banana and vanilla. Malty flavor. Maple syrup, lots of coconut. Light vanilla. Boozy. Thin body. Finishes sweet.

Pretty good. Great aroma and look. Caramel, coconut, Banana aromas. Nice vanilla too. Flavours are a bit weaker.. Mostly bourbon and a bit of a watery finish. Nicely sweet. _angst_ (5009) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 24, 2017
Bottle @ Bruery Bonanza 2017. Deep golden brown pour with a small offwhite head. Caramel, toffee, vanilla, light bourbon & light coconut. Sweet, tiny bitter & malty taste. Plenty of coconut. Round, viscous & oily mouthfeel. Nice! slowrunner77 (12998) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 10, 2017
Amber brown color. Barrel heavy as expected, but hotter and with less depth than I remember even the base Mash having. Decadent sipper for sure, coconut doesn't stand out - more barrel and alcohol and sweetness. jflopsu (1837) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - SEP 28, 2017
Pours a dark brown-amber with light head. A strong fruit and wine aroma. A fixed flavor of a brown ale with sugar and malts, but with notes of wine and decent amount of coconut. A lingering sweet aftertaste with wine and some coconut. AWISLguy (3375) - Wisconsin, USA - SEP 27, 2017
On tap at Champps in Brookfield. Brownish tan pour. Fruit nut and alcohol nose. Taste is terrific; surprising smooth, sweet caramel, coconut, light fruits. Full bodied with some alcohol. Blend is excellent, as a coconut fan this is a really good vehicle. Finishes sweet, but not too sweet. This was a surprise. The taste tips it over any weaknesses. 15.7
