Mellow orange color with a healthy white head of foam. Sweet citrus with well balanced malt to spice blend. Light yeasty and doughy malt support floral, spices and light bright hop characters. EvanFriend (578) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 13, 2016
Unfortunately, I think the hops overpowered the rest of this beer. There are some spicy notes, barely enough to remind you that it was fermented with a Belgian yeast strain, a lot of hop bitterness, and not much else. This isn’t a bad beer, but it isn’t great. kevinator (2176) - The Colony, Texas, USA - DEC 5, 2016
Nice Belgian. Aromas and flavors were strong with a hoppy character and Belgian yeastiness. Crisp palate and light but has a slight bite at the end from the alcohol. Golden color with a white head. Korcz (3310) - Warsaw, POLAND - NOV 20, 2016

750 ml bottle from Badger Spirits in Beloit, WI, served at cellar temp in a Duvel glass. Big frothy, foamy white head dies with some rapidity atop the very hazy, lightly bubbly golden body...nose dominated by spicy esters (cardamom, cinnamon) and a sweet malt and yeasty character that while not exciting is certainly entirely appropriate...there’s also a bit of vanilla, or bourbon-vanilla, and some floral notes as it warms more...body is moderately sweet, lightly tart, with hops surprisingly enough showing up right away and continuing through to the slightly drier (though still juicy), somewhat bitter and mineralic finish...effervescent carbonation, vaguely syrupy feel in the mouth...gets progressively more peppery and dry and tart with more swallows and more minutes. This is fairly decent and at it’s price, one of the better deals in this style around here, and certainly the cheapest beer from this br(u)ewery that I’ve seen. A somewhat pleasant surprise.

Draught. Pours a clear golden orange with a fading fluffy white head. Aroma is of pepper, biscuit, citrus. Taste is of citrus, grapefruit, stone fruit, apricot, pepper, biscuit. Light oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Hoponmate (309) - NEW ZEALAND - NOV 2, 2016
Smells better then it tastes. Floral slight fruity twinge to the nose. Taste is spicy yeast. It is an extremely sweet and little heat for its percentage. explosivedog (1095) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - NOV 2, 2016
Serve from bottle. Aroma is lemongrass, bread and apricot. Flavour is a bit too sweet. Starts with bitter orange but then it’s washed away by Belgian candy flavour. Good, but could be better. Lonick (1864) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 2, 2016
Bottle @cgarvieuk. April Not So Fools Tasting 2014 [Rating Backlog April 2014] Pours golden with a thin white head. Nose is spicy, lemons, caramel, candy sugar. Taste is along the same lines as the nose but the caramel is more to the fore as is the orange zest.
