Draft at Dexters. Filtered golden-orange. Big fluffy white head. Sweet herbal beer, somewhere between a Tripel and a Golden Ale. Zesty chamomile, coriander taste. Refined effervescent mouthfeel, typical of Bruery products. Quite drinkable and enjoyable, but rather one dimensional. jckp64 (356) - St Louis, Missouri, USA - OCT 29, 2011

Bottled. Clear golden, huge head. Juicy citric nose. Sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Winegum, perfume, citrus and coriander mingle with marzipan. Elegant modern style hopped up Belgo ale with mild but growing bitterness and a slight tingle of brandy. Beerdedone (3408) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 12, 2011

Bottled. Hazy golden pour with a large white head. Aroma of lemon rind, pepper, and baking bread. Very fruit, with melon and citric tartness, carried on lively carbonation. dumontn (530) - St. Joseph, Michigan, USA - SEP 18, 2011
Pours light slightly hazy gold with massive 4 finger head and artful lacing. Aroma is grass, hay, lemon peel, citric tartness, and spice. Taste is lemon peel, spice, hay, then a tart/lightly bitter finish. Body is light, oily, highly effervescent, long tangy bitter finish, not a hint of 8.5%abv. Overall, delicious and champagne-like; a great value at $10 a bottle and definetly something I would seek again. blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - SEP 12, 2011
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Resinous and spicy aroma, with peppery and piney notes. The flavor has resinous piney notes, fruity esters, and peppery notes. Good stuff.
