Draft. Hazy straw beer with a whitish head. Lemon and very light tart/acidic aroma. Lemon and lime flavor with light grain. lighter bodied. Easy drinking. Lemon and lime lingers with light tartness (I know it didn’t sour, but it still comes across and lightly tart). Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - AUG 20, 2012
Thanks to drabmuh for sharing the growler. Served in a Bruery tulip. Cloudy straw. Nice lemon notes. Bit of acidity. Some cracker. Basically tastes like a lemon bar. Light body. A bit dry. Tasty. Blairgus (4613) - California, USA - AUG 9, 2012
9 aug 2012, tap at the Bruery. Very pale yellow, almost milky white, faintly hazy, no bubbles. Nose is definitely kumquats; sweet, faintly citrus, tropical fruit. Thin body and almost no carbonation. Very mild, kumquats, mild lemon, and watered down beer. Nice for 2%.

Yellow pour. Aroma is loaded with some light citrus, malt, wheat, and a yeasty note. Flavor is kind of bland and all malt driven...I guess for the low alcohol its cool...but I wouldn’t really want to drink it too often. anders37 (26726) - Malmö, SWEDEN - AUG 4, 2012

Draught at Bruery. Pours cloudy light golden with white head. Aroma has lemon, wheat and some spice. Taste is sweetish like lemonade. Thin and easy to drink. Good. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 26, 2012
Tap at The Bruery. Sadly, not sour like Hottenroth, which we had back to back. Yummm. This one is cloudy straw with weak foam. Nose is lemon tea, cat pee, cactus, lemon, pineapple, juice box. Taste is doughy, soft, pretty bland. Quick, powdery finish. Club soda palate. Still, refreshing. No obvious brew flaws. illidurit (2345) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUL 24, 2012
On tap at the Bruery tasting room during RBSG 2012. Pours a pale hazy straw color with a creamy white head. Phenolic aroma, some citric qualities, sorta funky. Flavor is unripe orangey, which I guess is what kumquats are like. Obviously I’ve never eaten a kumquat. Decent little beer, has some nice flavors and fullness for such low gravity.
