Bottle: Muddled copper with a light beige, bubbly head that reduces to a thin film. Aroma of vanilla cake, Red Vines licorice, mild cinnamon & some apparent, residual sweetness. Dessert-y. Taste has heavy angel food cake with vanilla frosting, Nilla wafers sprinkled with light cinnamon, & some clove-like spice. Lingering vanilla coated rice cake finish with just a slight hint of earthy bitterness that tries to offset some of the sweetness. Mildly creamy body. It’s a sweet one, for sure, & definitely a dessert beer. I’m a fan of vanilla, though, so this one was up my alley. Large servings might exhaust, but smaller pours are very tasty. umich03jm (3513) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - JUN 10, 2014
Bottle thanks to tectactoe for sharing. Cloudy orange-gold pour with a small foamy head that fades to a ring. Unique aroma of red pop, angel food cake, vanilla, and a little cinnamon. Tastes sugary sweet up front. Starts off like red pop and then finishes with angel food cake. Really cool mix of flavors. Medium body. Mouthfeel is ok. Pretty cool beer but definitely not for everyone. Would also be hard to drink more than 5 or 6 oz’s probably. GODiSSOUTHERN (390) - Virginia, USA - MAY 15, 2014
Strong vanilla on the nose. Really sweet and tastes like an alcoholic cream soda. Nice little sour note on the finish. hopwine (670) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - MAY 2, 2014
UPDATED: MAY 6, 2014 Orange-golden hue, dense white head, excellent lace. Cinnamon, vanilla, cookie dough, cream cheese icing, milky-sweet, Belgian yeast fruitiness. This is exactly how I wanted it to be. Splitting a bottle proved very enjoyable. nimbleprop (8376) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - APR 25, 2014
750ml bottle pours a dark gold with some creamy, white head. Nose has a ton of vanilla, almond milk, cinnamon icing, doughy. Flavor is the same, chai, clove, cinnamon cake icing, cream cheese icing, carrot cake. Creamy, spicy finish. A little too sweet but very interesting.

Pour from a bottle. Really nice beer actually. I wasn’t sure what the style was but the vanilla and sweetness was a welcomed change from the higher ABV beers we had been opening. Bacterial (2999) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - APR 12, 2014
Bottle shared at LeviLOL tasting. Really nice - huge vanilla and toffee in both the nose and the taste. Really nice. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAR 30, 2014
Bottle courtesy of GatorGuy92. Cheers, Matt! Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is huge honey and vanilla with some cinnamon and spice. Flavor is huge vanilla with some honey, cinnamon, and lactose. Very enjoyable, uber-sweet beer. I mean really sweet and vanilla forward. Medium in body and I would drink this every day; on par with the CCB Horchata, but more vanilla. deyholla (11597) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 14, 2014
Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a hazy deep gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is very sweet with cookie, lactose, rice and caramel. Flavor is similarly sweet with sweet rice, caramel and cookie with a bit of spice. Pailhead (6539) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - FEB 23, 2014

Bottle: The aroma consists of vanilla, fruit, and and cream. It pours a hazy dull orange with a small off-white head. The flavor is straight up white cake with vanilla frosting and a touch of cinnamon. There’s a hint of fruit. It’s medium bodied with mild carbonation. Overall, another Bruery dessert beer. It’s pretty tasty, but the vanilla sweetness wears on me.
