Pour on tap at the brewery, described as a chocolate covered raspberry. Dark black pour with thin off white head, aroma has big notes of milk and dark chocolates, some vinegar, oak, hints of toffee, lots of sour berry and raspberry definitely comes through. Reddish brown in color... Vinegar acidic aroma with notes of raspberries... Flavor is intensely sour up front with dark malt backbone and notes of berries and chocolate... Amazing

31 may 2013, bottle. Brown and murky. Nose is sour, cherry, vinegar, mild sugar. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Smarties candy, tart cherries, moderate alcohol, sugary.

Murky dark amber pour with a khaki head. Big raspberry and chocolate aromas. Leather, oak, red wine, red wine vinegar, and tobacco. Mild hibiscus, sweet malt, and dark fruit. Tastes of raspberry, chocolate, and dark fruit. Oak, red wine, light vinegar, and some leather. Grass, lemon zest, and a touch of sugar.
