5 Jan 2015, tap at the Bruery. Dark Ruby. Nose is tart red fruit. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Tart, tart red fruit, dry cherry pits. Nice.

On cask @ the Bruery. Really dark brown with a nice off-white head. Really woody, tannic nose. Berries, leather, wine, and balsamic vinegar. Quite tart, some chocolate, and a touch of grass. The flavor is really, really sour. Red wine and balsamic vinegar, tannic wood, some grass, and chocolate. Leather, berries, grass, lemon, and green apple. Really dry finish, too.
