A dark amber pour with an off-white head. Some sweet toffee maltiness up front along with mild roast notes. Plenty of toast, some cocoa, and floral, herbal, and earthy hops. Light bitterness to the flavor. Fairly mild roast, to go with sweet toffee, bread, and toast. The hop profile is somewhat earthy, with very light fruit, and some perfume notes.
