Pours a pretty orange color. Nice spicy aroma. Much sprightlier than its autumn maple cousin. Spice and wood notes intermingle well. dcschiller (2208) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - DEC 9, 2011
(on draught at the provisions store). Pours a dark brown color with orange hues and a thin, creamy tan head. Aroma is strong, earthy pumpkin and pumpkin spices. Also, some buttery pie crust as well. Taste is semi-sweet malts and light bitterness. Full bodied with a dry finish. A nice pumpkin ale! jtclockwork (16581) - , New Jersey, USA - DEC 9, 2011
Bottle thanks to PeteinSD. Pours black with brown head. Nose/taste of chocolate, roast black malt, pumpkin, lactose sugar, cedar, cinnamon, clove and autumn spices. Cedar adds a nice level of complexity to the palate. Medium body. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - DEC 5, 2011
Bottle. Pours with a near black body and a large, thick brown head (tight bubbles, creamy texture). Aromas of brown sugar, nutmeg, molasses, spicy, cinnamon, cedar, earthy, and possibly a touch metallic. Flavors are roasty, a touch of acidic roast as well, earthy, nutty, spices, cedar. Overall quite roasty. Medium bitterness, lasting humidor impressions. Medium bodied, spicy, a bit dry. Spices are a bit bitter and a touch astringent (roast and spice). Medium to slightly higher carbonation. JohnnyJ (5562) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 29, 2011
Bottle. Very dark brown pour, with a tan head. Lots of chocolate and cedar, some roasted malt and pumpkin notes. Fairly sweet, with a nice silky milk stout mouthfeel. I liked it, if you like cedar aged stout this is pretty good.

Bottle. Aged on cedar? Wtf, is this CCB?! Pours a dark brown color with a tan head that coasters. Cedar hits the nose right away with subtle spice notes. Cedar, spice, roast, and slighy pumpkin. Lingering bitterness. Medium mouthfeel. Overall, not bad but tr cedar just overpowers this one. Not really what I expected. kegbear (436) - Orange, California, USA - NOV 21, 2011
Bottle. Coffee, bitter chocolate and Ceder. Slightly bitter finish. A nice stout, but I think the ceder was a bit too strong. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - NOV 8, 2011
Dark brown pour, brown head. Cedar, pumpkin, spice and cocoa aroma. Flavor has lots of pumpkin, some spice, chocolate and the cedar adds a unique element to this beer. Nice. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 30, 2011
Dark brown in color, dense tan head. Reeks of cedar. Very peppery, a bit of pie spices. A little bit of roast, not that much pumpkin. Tastes like cedar, too. Same sort of spice character on the palate. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. JoeTheYounger (1183) - Lake Arrowhead, California, USA - OCT 28, 2011
1st rating. Growler from the BRUERY taken to a pumpkin beer tasting. Black pour with tan head. Aroma is lots of cedar and some sweet chocolate malts. Taste is mild roast and more cedar with a touch of sweetness. Enjoyable!
