Bottle courtesy of my buddy Cory. Cheers, Cory! Pours a clear yellow with a dissipating white head. Nose is huge sweet malt, yeasty fruit, some alcohol, syrupy sweetness, and a boozy cotton candy with overripe bananas. Flavor starts with sweet malt, candied lemon, overripe bananas, banana bread, sugary sweetness and lots of eatery fruit with lingering sweet lemon and overripe bananas into the finish with some noticeable alcohol. Interesting take on a witbier, but dang it’s sweet and syrupy. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - JAN 18, 2015

"replaces what i didn’t like about orchard white (the overabundance of lavender) with nutmeg, and at 9%, it’s more of a background player. that said, all delicacies of a real wit go out the window. this is more a belgian strong ale that kinda sorta happens to be spiced with orange & coriander. the belgian yeast is a major player, as is the abv. looks kinda flat, but smooth and round on the feel. not bad, but still not a favorite. bruery has better for this much coin. alexsdad06 (10268) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 14, 2014
750 ml bottle shared by DrSilverworm. Pours a hazy orange golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have Belgian yeast, nutmeg, coriander, mildly tart citrus, orange peel, mild sweetness, medium bodied. Nice to try, but seemed to be missing that pop. 750ml bottle, thanks to phaleslu. Shared with local raters. Hazy orange color. Thin bubble off-white head Loose bits of lace. Big belgian yeast kind of belgian malty nose. Some of the nutmeg is evident through the smell. Orange peel in the flavor and big belgian yeast, light candy sugar. Moderate to bigger sweet taste, light bitter. Alcohol well hidden, but certainly bigger bodied. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation. More dry finish.

750 ml bottle to snifter (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks good; a slightly cloudy golden orange with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells od Belgian yeast, wheat, orange, and spices. Tastes like it smells with a medium to fuller-bodied mouthfeel. A nice, big witbier. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - DEC 5, 2013
Looking forward to this surprise.
Pours a light gold with near excellent clarity. Etched white central dome and rim of white foam. Smells of flowers - almost a lily character, some sweet wheat, some orange pith, a bit of seed of paradise - nice nose. Flavor is a nice wheaty, grainy, slightly sweet bready beer. Some bits of squash and a slight tartness on the edge. Medium bodied with soft, but well allocated carb, slightly dry. A nice beer.

bro ken sail! Thanks jeff! Hazy orange pour with a white head. Aroma of coriander, grapes, orange marmalade, and a bit of caramel. Sweet, but not overly. Finish is a bit chewy. Pretty decent brew. olr1984 (1500) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - MAR 9, 2013

2/17/13. 750mL bottle thanks to t0rin0. Hazy golden orange pour with a fluffy off-white head that sticks and laces okay. Light citrus with plenty of sweetness and some phenolics in the aroma. Sweet malty flavor with plenty of orange and some phenolic aspects. Surprisingly light and easy drinking for 9%. I was expecting thick and sweet.
