UPDATED: JUL 30, 2013 Bottle… This beer rocks!… Cloudy straw-colored ale with a quickly dissipating, white, fizzy head. The aroma offers nose hair-burning acidity and fruity, woody funk – American oak, sour cherry and apricot. Medium-bodied with tickling carbonation. This is as sour as the bouquet suggests, but so flavorful and fruity as well – lemon, sour cherry and vanilla. Crisp, fruity, crazy tart finish. Thanks to biggsbowler for sharing this world class beer! zombiedusted (2) - Dayton, Ohio, USA - JAN 17, 2013 does not count
Almost a perfect sour. Funky aroma, acidic flavor without being over bearing. Goes really really well in a B&T with KBS. 1FastSTi (3359) - Glendale, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 1, 2013
Pours to a glassy light yellow body with a thin white head. The aroma is very sour oak and white wine grapes with a funky light horse blanket. The flavor is fantastically sour with white balsamic vinegar and pears. The palate is ridiculously sour. Very puckeringly sour. Ph1. This is right in my wheelhouse. kylefleeger (105) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - MAY 27, 2012
I love this beer. It pours hazy yellow with hints of orange. Smells like leather, lemons and with hints of peach or mango. So sour. Its fruity for a split second and is overpowered by lemons and barnyard bret flavors. Yum. CaraCurtis (119) - Nevada, USA - MAR 31, 2012
Funky aroma. Cloudy pour. Lemon taste on the upfront of palate and also lingering lasting over most of the palate. If I had a wish... It would be having this entire beer to myself. I love sharing and my friends, but this beer for some reason just makes me want it all! Cheers

Nice golden color with good carbonation but no head. Aroma of white wine, funk and slight vinegar. Taste is a blast of sour funk! So amazing, this beer is unbelievable. So sour and so tasty. Alcohol is barely present and this is very easy to drink.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with no barely any head. Aroma is very funky with sour notes galore. This is a very sour beer and that is a good thing, lemony with light tartness, and just glorious. DrDrinkAll420 (9) - California, USA - SEP 28, 2012 does not count
....ok here we go....this is without a doubt a must for sour addicts ....did i mention its freakin sour? pours a gorgeous yellow no real head, outrageous nose..people mistake its HUGE citrus appeal ..for a vinegar smell....(grind up lemon rine and snort it...just the same)...complex taste of citrus sour...not for the vinegar lover.. another great beer..! Bottle shared by a friend at the 3rd Annual Sour Town tasting on 5/26/12. Clear gold pour with no head. Lemony and vinegary sour nose with some funk, oak and malt. Flavor starts with slight sweet malt, but lemony, vinegary and spicy sourness come in quickly and last through to the finish met by slight oak. Very nice.
