Light unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, candy, herbs, spicy, spices - cardamom, ginger, juniper, coriander. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy - herbs, candy sweet, riped fruit sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
75 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild citrusy to peachy. Smooth fruity, pachy and mellow yeasty. Berry and light coriander. Smooth fruity finish. Ungstrup (38238) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 25, 2013
Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes brettanomyces, malt, wood, and oranges. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wood, oranges, straw, and brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish. madmitch76 (25308) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 2, 2013

Very hazy gold - amber beer. Tidy white head. Silky smooth palate with prickly carbonation. Sweetish malts with a little banana ester. Tinned peach syrup and a little peppery spice. Semi dry finish. Not bad - a little tripel like.
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of thagr81_us. Pours a hazy deep golden with a small off-white head. Fruity, somewhat alcoholic in the nose, a little rubbery. Medium body, fruity bananaish with some subtle phenols and a rather bozy finish. Interesting. 250213

750mL bottle, bonused to me by 48FanInCali (thanks Austin), pours a hazy golden amber with a medium white head. Aroma is very spicy, with weird indiscernible spices (maybe clove, coriander), and some oak – the spices dominate though. Flavour brings out weird pineapple notes, some coriander, pumpkin spices, and a little oak. Very bizarre array of flavours, probably due to the spices. The citrus doesn’t really come out, nor is the oak very prominent. Drinkable, but forgettable. brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 21, 2011
A: The beer pours a surprisingly clear golden color with a finger of white head. I say surprisingly clear because most Bruery beers aren’t.
S: The aroma is very heavily spiced with with a lot of nutmeg and cinnamon notes. There is a bit of yeast along with some mild fruit esters and pepper. Fairly sweet with bread and caramel malt aromas.
T: Sweeter than the nose lets on with nice toffee and caramel flavors. Still very spicy with a lot of nutmeg, mild cinnamon, and some white pepper. There is a mild fruit character of candied pears and apples.
M: Medium bodied with a medium carbonation.
O: One of the better "Belgian" beers the Bruery has made in recent memory. djd07 (15339) - Houston, Texas, USA - APR 4, 2016
Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong spice, citrus, floral. Medium mouth, nice fruity malt, spice, hides alcohol well, held up very nice. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 6, 2013
