Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, rye, bready, rye bread notes, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, rye notes and dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft, and very carbonated.

What is this? A deep red beer with a huge over carbonated tan head, how come it is so over carbonated? infection - definately not a Danish style! The aroma has notes of burnt caramel and spices. Hazy dark red-brown beer. Small off white head. Semi dry palate. Fresh dark malt with nice undertones of cocoa-chocolate and dark red fruits. Hints of cherry and plum. A mild rye spice then kicks in before a dry malt finish with subtle notes of bubblegum and more red fruits. Quite subtle for a rye beer but has a nice line up if positive characteristics.
