Bottle... Pours mostly clear and golden with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. Fantastic retention. The aroma features breadiness, a spicy Belgian phenol and loads of fruity citrus. Medium-bodied with airy carbonation. The flavor is a collection of malt and yeast-driven notes - tangy, spicy and grainy accompanied by a nice hint of lemon zest. There is a light, minerally bitterness in the finish. Bottle courtesy of biggsbowler! tiong (7194) - Espoo, FINLAND - AUG 25, 2015

Pours yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, zesty lemon, citrus and hints of oak. Taste is smooth, sweetish and oaky with hints of juicy fruits, zesty lemon and citrus. Finish is a bit stuffy with hints of yeast and oak. Okay.
Draught @ the brewpub. Aroma is a bit tart with yeasty notes and mild grassy hops. Flavour is rather tart with grapefruit and yeasty notes & fruits in the background. Mouthdrying finish. Interesting but not exactly my thing. lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 25, 2015

Pours clear golden color with a small head. Yeast on the nose, herbs, lemon, wood and white wine. Yeasty, sweet toffee flavor, alcohol and some wood. Nice and dry.
750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange color, very bright with a medium white head. A little bit of a creeper. A big spicy banana esters nose with loads of citrus. Big citrus, hell even tropical, loads of spicy Belgian yeast, banana, lots of oak. Hints of funk and sourness, but just hints. Very damn good. Lots of cheese and oak. Lovely beer. Bottle to glass. Pours a hazy hay light golden color with a dry off white head. Aroma is dry, slight tartness, light citrus. Flavor allows the citrus to come out a bit more. Easily drinkable. Tasty. ineedbeer (2147) - Oakland, California, USA - JAN 4, 2015
Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is rather fruity with quite a bit of over ripe stone fruit, red apples and pears. Light phenolic notes of peppercorn and grains of paradise. Medium light citrus notes with some orange and lemon-lime. Hints of bready grain notes. Moderate oak notes.
Pours a slightly cloudy, yellow gold with a big, rocky, white head that exhibits good retention as it slowly recedes. High lacing and small legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with a moderate graininess and white bread note. Flavor is rather fruity as well with a lot of stone fruit, pears and red apples. Medium light phenolic notes of peppercorns and lemongrass. Medium bitterness. Moderate citrus notes, orange and lemon-lime. Light oak and tannin notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a pretty nice saison with a complimentary oak note and tons of yeast character. Lots of fruit and esters. Could use a touch more acidity to really brighten it up. Sammy (12091) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 11, 2014
