/6/17. Black body with lasting tan foam. Nice earthy, spicy, vegetal coffee, dark malt, chocolate aromas. Rich mouthfeel. Big dark chocolate, burnt malt, earthy herbal coffee flavors---lingering boozy black malt finish__not bad.
Bottle shared in Canary Wharf - sourced from a European online bottle shop. Pours black-brown with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds dry chocolate, roasted malts, hearty coffee. Medium sweet flavour with nicely rounded chocolate character, some scorched earth bitterness, cocoa beans. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Moderately warming in the finish, with some ashy roast, bitter coffee, baking cocoa. Quite solid overall. Pallleon (508) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 4, 2017

Bottle at L42 - cheers Leighton! It pours jet black with a medium tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, toasty grain, vanilla, oak, cookie dough, rich booze, oily action and coffee grounds. The taste is slick, oily bitter - sweet, earthy roasted coffee, rawness, toasted nut, charred notes, coffee cake, spice, raw booze, earth, spice and a touch of dark chocolate. Medium - full body and fine carbonation. Actually a bit lighter duty than expected. Excessive, but good fun. mR_fr0g (14427) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 21, 2017
