On cask @ The Bruery. Black pour with a tan head. Sour, acetic nose. Smoke, tobacco, leather, and balsamic vinegar. Tannic oak, wine, and green apple. Flavor is a bit meaty. Smoke, balsamic, red wine vinegar, and leather. Chocolate, tobacco, and lots of oak. Not my cup of tea.
