Bottle @ C’ville Tasting. Thanks, Donnie! Medium brown with a small head. Nice musty tart fruits. Cherry skin. Cocoa. Chocolate. Mellow perfume. Taste is well rounded. Spicy cinnamon. Musty cherry. Pretty tart. Strawberry. Varied. Somehow this works. Medium body, soft carb. OK.

Tart cherry nose. Clloudy brown, medium tan head. Very tart cherry and ginger. Medium body, soft carbonation, bloody texture. Excellent.

This is great. Dark brown pour with tanninsh head. Aroma is cherries, vanilla, light cinnamin, oak, lemon, and toffee. Taste is tart and lighhtly sweet with well controlled adjuncts.

March 21, 2015 - 2014 bottle from the source in my Bruery snifter. Deep brown pour with nice amount of hwad that faded quickly. Aroma was tart cherry, oak, spice/cinnamon and vanilla. Taste starts with the tart cherry and oak, then some cinnamon with a light oak in the background and finishes with a touch of vanilla.

750ml bottle pours a dark brown color with a bit of head. Lots of sour. The vanilla really stands out and overpowers it a little. Cherry blends in nicely.

Bottle thanks to mikem409. Murky reddish-brown pour with a small head. Aroma is a powerful mix of cherries, chocolate, and some funky sourness. Taste is moderate to strong sourness. Huge tartness that lingers for a while. Balanced mix of chocolate, cherries, and vanilla. Medium to full body. A bit more tart than I like but this was still very enjoyable.

Best Liquid I’ve consumed yet. The taste is powerful and the lingering pucker amazing. The combined initial impact of the ripe sour with the enduring sweet banana left behind makes for an absolutely tasteful and exquisite experience.

Bottle split at Chez Bruce, thanks to Kenneth King of Essex, 28/11/14. Murky brown with reddish hues topped with moderate beige spotting and edgework. Nose os tangy cherries, musty, dank wood, light smoke, vanilla essence, cherry drops. Taste comprises dark fruit balsams, tarte cherry skin, light smoke, red berry tarteness, good acidic rinse. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent sour, interesting sweet and sour balance.
