Best Liquid I’ve consumed yet. The taste is powerful and the lingering pucker amazing. The combined initial impact of the ripe sour with the enduring sweet banana left behind makes for an absolutely tasteful and exquisite experience.

Pretty amazing. Had it on tap at The Bruery tasting room. Dark sour with hints of cherries and vanilla with oak undertones.

From the bottle at Stone Anniversary festival. Amazing beer. Dark and fruity and sour and cherry and chocolate and heaven.

Great, Incredible Superb. Huge Tart cherries coming in like wrecking balls against your palate on first sip, quite sour but good. Incredible palate, smooth but not watery. After the cherries, lightly roasted malt, sour falls away and vanilla lingers on the finish, slightly tanniny with oak as well.

Dark pour with not much head. Aroma of sour candy and funky toe cheese of my wildest dreams. Insane boost, cherry vanilla vortex smacks my stout loving tongue on its ass. Glad I’m a Preservation society member. This one’s a winner.

Tap at Snallyghaster 2016 into a solo cup showing black with a finger of latte colored foam.

The nose is vinous and tart with a light vanilla note.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Highly tart but attack shows a lot of clean bing cherry notes, mid-palate shows slight red wine tannic edge with a big clean surge of vanilla and mint mouthfeel on the finish and linger. This is very tart, but a lot of great flavors going on here.

Tap. Dark brownish red hue with off white head. Aroma is lactic, cherry, oak, vanilla, cereal. Crisp carbonation and medium body. Taste is dry sweetness followed by a tart sourness. Overall this is a fantastic brew.
