Ot poprawne, dość klasyczne BSA, z mało wyrazistymi dodatkami.
Sweet dark fruit. Hints of spice. Caramel Amber with a thick light tan to off white head. Decent retention. Tons of lacing. Super sweet. Almost too sweet. Dark fruit. Toffee. A little spice. Pretty good except for the sweetness.

Sort of a hazy pale brown-amber colour. No head. Sweet, little bit of bubblegum, quite fruity, with a touch of tartness. Sticky, sweet, and again with some phenols.

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2017 Tap. Moderate to heavy roasted and caramel for the malt, light cooked orange for the hops, moderate to heavy dough for the yeast, with lots of dark dried fruit, brown sugar and baking spices in the background. Head is small and quickly and fully diminishing. Color is murky dark brown. Flavor starts moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly sweet and acidic and faintly bitter. Palate is medium to full, verging on syrupy, with a soft carbonation and a moderately alcoholic finish. A super tasty Belgian Strong Ale with lots of wintery aspects.
