Tap. Well, tried this briefly before discovering the coconut (allergy). Bubbly gold. Lingering head. Almost sparkling wine like body. Tastes of strong candi sugar with subtle thai curry note on end. An aroma of banana, yellow curry, coconut flesh, some bubblegum, and a hint of mint and anise. Appears clear gold with thin white foam and some lace. On Cask @ The Bruery. Hazed orange pour with a small white head. Smells of ginger, lemongrass, basil, and curry powder. A hint of coconut milk, some grass, sugar, and a touch of tropical fruit. Curry and basil dominate the flavor. Mild sweetness of coconut milk and fruit. Some bread, white pepper, and a mild lemongrass tartness. Spicy ginger, some pepper, and a bit of cumin. Not bad.
