Draft city beer [email protected]
pours brown opaque with dissipating beige head. Malts, with notes of caramel, chocolate, toasted toffee blended with notes of grapes...full body, smooth texture, moderate carbonation.
750ml bottle. Poured a brown color with a thin sized off white head. Wood, grapes, chocolate, and all around vinous. I actually didn't think it was that bad, JaBier (8490) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - DEC 10, 2017
Bottle. Pours clear brown with a medium tan head. Aroma of oak and grape. Malt and grape flavor with a big oak finish. Not my fave. The oak just dominates through and through. weihenweizen (4358) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - NOV 19, 2017
Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a cup. Clear black with small-white head. Aroma is rich grapes, medium body, light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is grapes and some chocolate. GTAEgeek (2600) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - NOV 13, 2017
Bottle opened by Ryan at Logan's house. Pours a dark brown with some purplish notes, with a tan ring. Tawny port aromas, with some milk chocolate, light coffee, and caramel. Sweet and just a bit tart. Heavy body, with a creamy, thick, and lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a fun, and nicely vineous beer. Very interesting.

Bottle from Hoarders, thanks to Adamchandler for the share. Pours a deep ruby color, no head. Aroma is reminiscent of red wine more than anything, huge red grape, Syrah stands out the most. But honestly it is closer to a lower end red wine rather than a beer. Mouthfeel shows a good amount of alcohol. Pretty hot in the finish. It's a fruit beer! Wow. Looks like a very dark merlot than what was once a stout. Really great to see this as still ratable. concord grape juice, sparkling wine and cocoa aroma. The taste...I can appreciate it but it tastes like old, cheap, oxidized grocery store wine. No other way to say it..... slowrunner77 (13603) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 28, 2017
Cool sounding beer that was enjoyed, if a bit over the top. You can tell the wine component was high as the color is much lighter (and redder) than Black Tuesday.
Pretty well balanced between red wine, barrel and light roasted malt and chocolate. A little hot as expected. kermis (15285) - The Hague / Amsterdam / Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 5, 2017

Bottle shared at Beer Temple thanks to JeppeDK. Dark brown with no head. Aroma of oak, vanilla, big vinous off course, dark chocolate, oak, caramel and licorice. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Light full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.
Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of bourbon vanilla, red grapes, oak, milk chocolate, fudge and caramel. Taste has red grapes, mild tart, bourbon vanilla, chocolate, oak, booze and a strong vinous finish. Creative and nice. Wow.
