On draft at the brewpub. Taste is spicy and wheat with notes of lemon, flowers, and candy sugar. Very light and charming. All of the flavors are subdued and pleasant.

Draught in Granby: This one pours a very cloudy golden color. There was a small white head that didn’t linger long or leave much lacing. Nice nose. Definitely peppery, with wheat, earthy and a touch of sour fruit notes. The taste is very good. Wheat, sour fruit, peppery, other spices, earthy. Somewhat dry finish. A nice Saison.
