Pour amber with a light hazy with an off-white head. The aroma has grapefruit, citrus, caramel and earthy English yeast. Smells more like an American pale, but the taste is different in that regard. It has a medium crisp body with moderate carbonation. The taste starts off quite malty and dry with more earthy hops and yeast. There is also a cracker quality. There is a bit of the citrus from the aroma, but not much at all. The finish is a bit more hop forward that has the earthy English hoppiness that really sticks around. Good beer.
