750, capped. Thanks J&A! Pours a cloudy medium orange with a thick and creamy white head. Bright orange peels on the nose with soft vinous lemony counterpoints. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Perfect orange juice and tonic water balance on the mid palate. Long dry finish. Wonderful beer with a nice future ahead of it, though the balance of sweet and dry notes is pretty perfect right now.
Bottle from the Commons. Hazy golden pour, active bottle, but pours flat. Aroma is full and fragrant, grass, hay and grapes. Taste ramps up the tartness, but not too much, saison in nature. Light and easy to drink, floral, meadow. Nice! Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 21, 2016
Pours caramel with low white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of cheese, acidity, fruits. Taste is of fruits, acidity, cardboard. Palate: Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Overall: Good, nice farmhouse action. mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 11, 2016
Pours a clear golden with a small white head that leaves pretty good lacing. Nose is of oak, fresh spices and wine. Taste is dry, oaky and winey as well. The barrel aging seems to have tsken over the beer completely. Medium body, medium carbonation and of course it feels vinous. Alright but a bit overdone maybe. bottle shared by tom10101, thanks bro! pours hazy/cloudy light golden with a very nice creamy white head, nice lacing. fruity peppery apricots, flowery bretts, potent wood - slightly winey; thyme, almost funky lemons, chalk, salt. moderate carbonation, light body, dry woodsy-spicy-citrusy finish. strong barrel contribution in this - what could have been - a soft fruity tart BA ale.

Bottle (750 ml), shared. Cloudy orangey-golden with a small white head leaving little lacing. Aroma is of brettanomyces, citrus, some funk, white grapes, lemon and dust. Taste is funky with brettanomyces, citrus, lemon, white grapes, oak and floral notes. Medium body. Moderate to medium carbonation. Grapey finish. Decent sour. djd07 (15543) - Houston, Texas, USA - AUG 21, 2015
Bottle at What the Funk listed as Maybelle Variation. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, citrus, oak. Thin mouth, light sourness, lemon, light funk, brett, really nice. vyvvy (6731) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 5, 2015
Sampled at Midwest Belgian Beer Fest 2015 - Pours golden yellow with a white head. The aroma is sour with some onions and citrus. It has a medium crisp body. The taste is weird with some sourness, onion, funk, garlic, pale malt, citrus and is pretty smooth. This seemed strange from Commons. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUN 16, 2015
