Bottle: Poured caramel yellow with bubbles. Aroma is funky. Nice sour fruit and tart funk. mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 12, 2016
Pours a clear golden with a white rim on top that doesn’t leave any lacing. Nose is lightly acetic with some cheesy funk also but I found it to be really tame overall. Taste is moderately acidic and funky again and feeling a bit gueuze-y. Body and carbonation were average and mouthfeel vinous. It grew on me as I went down my sample, quite good in the end! Pours golden with low white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is of flowers, peaches. Taste is of sourness, citrus, slight cardboard. Palate: Light body, medium carbonation. Overall: Nice stuff. Somewhat oxydized. tom10101 (6194) - Quebec, CANADA - JAN 10, 2016
Bottle (750 ml) at tasting. Thanks to Lurkaholic for this bottle! Hazy orangey with a small white head, good retention, leaving little lacing. Aroma fruity (berries) and floral forward but it also feel a bit oxidized and dusty with leathery notes and mild spiciness. Taste is quite fruity, gently tart and moderately acidic with berries, floral notes, mild spiciness and lemon. Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. I’m not sure if this is oxidized on purpose, but it gives an interesting touch. Good. AdamChandler (5113) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - JAN 9, 2016
750ML Bottle enjoyed at fridge temp. A calm pop of the cap and poured without any head at all. Dark orange with red hues, looks fully still.
Pinot Grape musk aroma with acid, some vinegar and apples
This one is certainly sour. Acidic vinegar taste, apple, pear and peaches with nectarine for good measure. finishes oily and thin with a light bit of butter.
There is some carb here but it’s not easy to make work for you.

Bottle shared. Glowing orange pour with thin white head. Aroma is really dusty, oxidized, not bad though, gives it almost a lambic character, peachy, floral notes. Taste is quite tart, sour lemon juice. Palate is light bodied with good carbonation. Good jkwood04 (5452) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 25, 2015
750ml bottle in a taster. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of light tartness and sourness, some pale malts, etc. Flavor the same with a great blend. Average texture. A solid beer. callmemickey (4549) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 5, 2015
Dark copper-orange body, thin off-white head, sparse lacing. Assertive oak, tannins, must, sharp citrus, and some apple cider vinegar creeping in. Medium bodied with moderate, slick carbonation, lively acidity, slightly puckering, a touch of sweetness and light astringency. bvc (1242) - Washington, USA - FEB 23, 2015
750ml bottle. Pours a amber tinted clear golden with loose white head. Tart mix of strawberry, plum, balsamic...but not in an aggressive way with hints of barrel tannins. Lemony, strawberries, italian plum, faint balsamic as they all come together with subtle hints of honey sweetness. Solid sour and the kind that you can enjoy more than just a little pour.
