A medium bodied beer with a lovely tawny copper or bronze color. This brew emphasizes malt complexity with layered caramel malt flavors.

12oz bottle from WW. Clear amber-brown with a thin off-white head. Caramel, cocoa, mild roasted notes. Light, smooth finish, very drinkable.

Draft pint at The Greek Joint in downtown Hollywood, FL for $6.50. Not bad.

a pretty good beer but does not provide the wow facto that is common with so many of the Duck Rabbit beers. Pours a nice golden brown with a thin beige head that lasts. no excessive carbonation. Aroma is not overly present , a bit nutty with touches of caramel. Taste is mordeate of caramel and toast. finish is long but pleasant..

Draft. Uncharacteristically dark for the style, dark brown with a small off white head. Caramel malt aroma with mild hops and a tart roasty malt. Flavor is a bit tart, which isn’t a bad thing, but it may be infected. Caramel malt and mild bitterness. As usual for the duck rabbits, the body is weirdly full, which impedes drinkability. Overall I think it’s fine though despite the strange aspects.

More like a stout than an amber ale. Too strong. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Amber/red pour with big puffy khaki colored head. Rather disappointing beer from the brewery that specializes in "dark beers". A total malt bomb, that tastes like a thin Abbey dubbel. Caramel malts are the showcase with subtle dark fruit notes. Overly carbonated. Meh.

Beer of month club offering. Pours rich ice tea color with no head / retention at all. Nose of caramel malt - smells sweet. Taste of caramel, malt and an ever so slight touch of hops. It's ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle. Pours amber with tall, long-lasting, fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of herbal hops and caramel malt. Body is medium and full. Herbal hops, caramel malt and ripe fruit fill the mouth. Finish is long and herbal. Overall it is good brew.
