Draft at Farmers’ Cabinet. Pours a cloudy golden yellowish-orange color with a two finger frothy white head that slowly fades into a lasting ring. Streaks of soapy lacing coat the glass. Musty, spicy aroma with a nice balance of farmhouse funk, earthy hops and sweet fruits.  Hints of bready yeast, pepper, pineapple, orange zest and lemon peel as well as a faint pale malt presence. Slightly chewy and much fuller than expected with a strong saison/farmhouse funk up front that’s quickly countered by a complex hop profile.  Earthy grass, straw, light fruit and zesty, peppery spice followed by grassy, piney hops before finishing sweet with lots of grapefruit and orange zest.  Just a touch herbal with a sweet yet dry finish.  The ABV is invisible, making it extremely drinkable.  Really nice saison/ ipa hybrid.

On tap at Farmers Cabinet in Philly. Hazy gold pour. Aromas of tangerine, cantaloupe, dank tropical hops, hibiscus. Taste is loaded with fresh hop flavors such as lemon, diesel, and a nice touch of malt creaminess in the finish. Maybe my favorite beer of the night.

[email protected] - pours a hazy blond beer under a giant creamy white foam; esters and notes of orange marmalade, slightly spicy; juicy, medium to full malt backbone; rounded and decently bitter; pretty dry with more notes of pears and bitter oranges - charming and very well-made
