Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, hops, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dry, fresh - chrispy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Sample @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Pours dark wooden brown with a small brownish white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace. Smell is sweet and malty with dark bread, pine, flower nectar, toasted malts and orange zest. Taste is sweet and bitter with dark bread, roasted malts, pine, coffee, grapefruit juice, orange peal and subtle hints of blue cheese. Mouthfeel is round, slightly dry and medium bodied. On tap at CBC2012. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Fruity sweet aroma. Starts dry-hoppy, more and more fruity, hints of apricot. Finish qith some salty notes. All in all well balanced. Not bad!

[5/11/12] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Very dark brown. Aroma of dark fruits (some plums and others) and some hops. Draught at CBC 2012. Cloudy dark brown - offwhite head. Roasted, nutty, nice malty, yeasty, fruity, berries, nice bitter hoppy, a bit wierd muddy, toasked, knækbrød.
