COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two heavyweights with complex flavors meet head-on in this one-of-a-kind IPA. Mosaic - probably one of the most aptly namedo hops - fuses an array of tropical fruits, citrus and berry with mild herbal, earthy and pine characteristic. Gray Eureka hops emphasize heavy pine, underlined by mild floral notes and rounded out with dank aromas.

Part of the Hop Freshener Series.

Draft at First Draft in Chicago. Fruity aroma. Kind of thin bodied. Heavy resin and pine flavors, with fresh berry flavors underneath. Well attenuated and lean. Bitter, bitter, bitter but not abrasive at all. Decent.

bottle. golden with one finger head. there's no shortage of hoppiness here, yet it's really smooth and easy to drink. it's an odd thing to say, but the bitterness is rather soft and well rounded. very fruity with tropical and melon, light pine as well. outstanding. one of the best IPAs I've had in a long while.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Nice IPA, fairly classic, with notes of melon, dry pale bread, a bit of rindy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with mild resin, more pale bread, tangerine, melon. Good stuff.
