I bought this with high hopes, as the shop I got it from has a range of excellent beers. The bottle looks nice, the beer itself looks OK, but it had no taste or aroma whatsoever. I wanted to like it. I try and find positives about most beers I drink, but I cant find anything good to say about this. I didnt finish the bottle, it was that bad. Ive drank and finished almost every beer, even when it was crap. The only other beer I havent was a pint of Coors Light that someone bought me once. Im really sorry, but this was that bad.

Keg at The Marine Bar, Bridlington, E.Yorks. Fizzed gold with white head. Thinnish malty, slightly stewed beer with a lighter lemony side. Simple sweetish malt note, fairly floral. Improves on drinking.

Bottle. Golden beer with a fizzy bubbly body and a very light head. The aroma is dry with some hops, and the flavour is bitter with some hops and a mild degree of malty and yeastiness. Overall a reasonable dry and bitter beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale straw colour, light zesty and slightly metallic aroma. Similar flavours with the addition of herbal qualities and a little soapiness. Fairly smooth. A little more body than expected but still light and fresh. Not a bad pilsner.

Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is softish and a little dry. Mild fine carbonation. Creamy malt, dry and with a touch of paper. Hops are okay - mild but fresh and as described on the label, a little herbal. Finishes dry. Not bad but could definitely use more hops.
