On tap @ Borefts 2013. It does literally look like the dishwater after a meal for 5. pale grumsy and almost a bit lemonade like there its floating in the glass and it has a small sidestickibg and islandy white top. The nose has a really strange odor. I’m having a hard time identifying what I’m smelling here. Could it be that juice that’s left in the can after emptying a can of chick peas? I actually think so. That combined with lemons, grains, and flour? I don’t know! Think I kinda like it but I’m really not sure. I do like the sourness in the taste though. This has to be an Berliner weisse. A really gentle and soft sourness, lemons and line juices. Also a soft not to overdone graininess and there is the same kind of sourness you get in rhubarb. Surprisingly enjoyable this. Something I most definitely could drink quite a lot of. 27.09.2013
