Bottled. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of sweet and roasted malt as well as chocolate. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt, combined with medium notes of alcohol and light notes of chocolate, leading to a dry and roasted finish. Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a thick and syrupy pitch black with a tiny brown head. Hard roast malt in the nose, almost tar-like. Very thick and solid body, extreme roastiness, almost charcoalish with loads of chocolate and a solid malt astringency in the finish. 200111 omhper (24966) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 11, 2011

Opaque black stout. Good chocolate coloured head. Rich dark malt nose with a promise of dark fruits and warming spirits. Smooth softish palate, semi dry. Rich dark malt and cream. A little dark chocolate and a trace of coffee. Whisper of red fruits underneath. Finishes semi dry with a little licquorish. Quite light for an Impy and hides the 12.5% quite well. Delicious and drinkable.
