sebwaw (79) - POLAND - AUG 1, 2015
Served in teku, 6.5% bottle. Creamy, robust and white head, very hazy, unclear. Color is deep orange. Aroma could be more intensive, mostly piney, some citrus, tropical fruits, no maltiness, however, sweetness is quite distinctive for some reason. Flavour is disappointing. Very one-dimensional. Earthy and raw hoppiness, but bitterness is rather low. Its rather smooth and creamy a little bit. Anyway, it seems like they got carried away with dry hopping. Nothing interesting to see here.

6.5% bottle. Cloudy light copper, very small off-white head that disappears swiftly. Earthy and citric aroma. Flavours of tropical fruit, pine, earth, slightly dank. Moderate sweetness, balanced bitter finish. Medium bodied, light carbonation. Really well balanced. Another great IPA from the Kernel.

skortila (6032) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - JUL 26, 2015
Bottled. Small sample @ Derat, Utrecht. The aroma has beautiful citrus, light pine, some grass. Clear, golden coloured beer with a nice, white, medium head. The taste is dry, clean, moderate bitter and has citrus. Very refreshing. Great stuff.

fkoolen (1439) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 24, 2015
Bottle at home, 6,5% Nicely cloudy, murky yellow colour with a creamy white head that nicely laces the beer. Citrus fruity, grassy, piny, beautifully crisp bitterness with a slightly sticky mouthfeel, nicely malted. Bitter finish, fruity, grassy, even earthy aftertaste. Low to medium carbonation.

Dedollewaitor (16664) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 22, 2015
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Chalky and yeasty. Some marmelade and tropical fruit but Way too much yeast. Quite a disappointment.

The_Osprey (9999) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 19, 2015
330ml bottled 02/06/15 at 6.5%. At home on 17/07/15. Dirty dark orange, opaque and hazy, small foamy white head. Aroma is Trebor soft mints and Mentos, tangerine, sherbet, rose. Body is medium, foamy, low carbonation. Taste is mostly pine, floral, chalk, a little soapy. Dry, crisp finish with a soft bitterness. Nice IPA...just not the flavour explosion The Kernel sometimes delivers.

Abijen (2572) - ’s-Hertogenbosch, NETHERLANDS - JUL 3, 2015
Goud oranje onhelder bier met een goede witte schuim kraag. Ruikt fruitig, citrus, ananas. Smaakt grapefruit, bloed sinaasappel. Goed bitter.

Maakun (7101) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUL 3, 2015
Bottle shared on the beach. Hazy golden with small white head. Dank hops, very herbal with strong lime peel and a bit of lemon juice. Light toasted malts that support the massive dankness but don’t cut through it. Medium sweet with medium bitterness and medium bodied. Massive aroma here, very nice.

allmyvinyl (11406) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 24, 2015
Keg at the hanging bat. Pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Aromas of light grapefruit and pine. Taste is more poof the same, sweet on the finish. Bit boring to be honest.

k0mpsa (3262) - Tuusula, FINLAND - JUN 19, 2015
Bottle from bierkoning, amsterdam. Hazy orange color, white head. Aroma has fresh amarillo notes, also sweet malty notes. Simple but tasty, amarillo, fruity and hoppy. Sweet notes.
