Swaroga (2224) - Warszawa, POLAND - MAY 1, 2013
33cl bottle. Very hazy and with bits in it. The color is ugly orange and brown with green reflects. Medium head. Nose : decent carbonation, creamy smooth texture. Sweet tart, ginger cookie start. Develops delicious notes of fruits and yeast. Melon, pomelo, orange and mandarines. It ends with moderate but intensive bitter finish flavoured with citrus zest and seeds. Really nice.

RichardW (1813) - Carlisle, Cumbria, ENGLAND - APR 13, 2013
Bottle Rehills Newcastle. Big orange & pine aroma, soft & creamy palate, peppery notes in the nose, big flavours on the tongue. Solid stuff yet again.

spacecube (1783) - Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - APR 11, 2013
Pours hazy orange / red with a small head. Average carbonation and some sediment in the pour. Nice juicy fruity aroma, mango & passion fruit with the sort of sweet, puckery texture and flavour from the amarillo hop. Nice, solid singe hop IPA. This bottle 6.3% and 6 weeks old.

Zeswaft (1783) - Seattle, Washington, USA - APR 3, 2016
Bottle. Happy to find a well hopped citrusy IPA in London. Well crafted, bottle conditioned and smooth. Seems like a solid brewery.

tdtm82 (1701) - Essex, ENGLAND - MAR 1, 2016
Bottle, home, EeBria mixed case.

White lacing. Orange colour. London murky. US 05 yeast. Huge Amarillo dry-hopping. Loads of succulent papaya fruits, oranges, clementines, dry and a long finish. Utterly excellent beer. Great showcase of one of my favourite hops! Drink fresh or go home!

3.7
weaselkenievil (1609) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAY 14, 2014
Bottle in Redwillow, Macclesfield with our Mes. Poured a slightly hazy orange gold with a medium white head. Nice amarillo hop aromas and flavour, quite subtle all round which makes it very drinkable. The usual Kernel stuff, which is obviously big fat portions of goodness.

3.8
MonsterMagnet (1595) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 2, 2015
Bottle, 6.5% abv, bottled 2-jun-2015. Pours cloudy copper with a white head.
Lime zest, grapefruit, parsley(?), pine, biscuits, floral, hints of cough drops, orange marmelade. Light sweet, medium to high bitterness, creamy texture, average carbonation, medium body. Bitter dry finish.

3.9
dantheman278 (1365) - SCOTLAND - MAR 27, 2013
Keg at Bat. Slight haze, golden yellow, no head. Big passion fruit, lychee nose. Touch of pine resin. Beautifully balanced, honeyed fruits and lovely sweet resinous pine with a persistent lemony bitterness and classic Kernel minerality. Light but oily mouthfeel. Good stuff.

4.4
fkoolen (1358) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 24, 2015
Bottle at home, 6,5% Nicely cloudy, murky yellow colour with a creamy white head that nicely laces the beer. Citrus fruity, grassy, piny, beautifully crisp bitterness with a slightly sticky mouthfeel, nicely malted. Bitter finish, fruity, grassy, even earthy aftertaste. Low to medium carbonation.

Dommod2011 (728) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUN 5, 2013
Kernel knock out cracking IPAs like Bish bashes out booming basslines. Work is a distraction. Pays the bills. I want listeners not consumers. Listen, listen, listen, listen...
