A fresh sweet quite thick malt as you expect from the kernel. Also as you expect from citra and mosaic there’s a punch of sweet exotic fruits - grapefruit, peach, mango - against the pine and citrus backbone from the cascade. These guys are consistently excellent. I excitedly picked up the bottle at whole foods seeing great hops from a great brewer and i was not disappointed. Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. Cloudy yellow coloured with a thin white head. It has a tropical, zesty juicy fruit flavour followed by a strong earthy woody, bitter finish. Very Good. Bottle Conditioned weordie (1397) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - APR 19, 2016
Pours cloudy golden orange with a thick, lively head. Aroma is pine, citrus and grass. The taste is a little thinner than I expected. Some citrus, a light bitterness but not much.

Bottle, Brewdog Leicester. Hazy golden with an off white foam. Bready malts with oranges and tropical fruit. Mellow grapefruit with citrus rind zest. Has a proper sparkling property. Spicy with peppery yet unassuming alcohol. Sudsy pine with clean melon. Herbal, grassy finish. Usual goodness. Lloydy (100) - Worcestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 26, 2016
330ml bottle. Very malty, very bitter with grapefruit tones. Hopped up nicely, unmistakably a beer from The Kernel. nihtila (3912) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 24, 2016
Bottle at Blackfriars, Glasgow. Pours slightly hazy amber. Nose is bitterish, resin, fruits, melon, light bready malts. Tastes bitterish fruity, passionfruit, red fruits, tangerine grapefruit. Decent but not near their best ones. Defreni (3295) - Husum, DENMARK - MAR 24, 2016
Flaske. Hotelværelse i London. Superlækker duft af humle med en tand kattebakke. Smagen sidder i skabet men lidt for megetbitterhumle. Lækker øl ellers.
