UPDATED: FEB 13, 2017 Fresh from the tap at Muted Horn in Berlin. Clear yellow in the glass. No remarkeble foam. In the nose only small aromes. But the body is brighter. Well balanced between fruity and bitter notes. Stuu666 (15526) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 10, 2017
Keg at brewdog Edinburgh. Pours golden, nose is toffee, herbal, pine, little onion, taste is juicy, sweet fruit, refreshing. Heidbummer (1043) - SCOTLAND - FEB 9, 2017
2/3 Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours hazy yellow, minimal head. Big funky hop aroma. Like many Kernel beers lovely mouthfeel. Nice balance of bitter, sweet, citrus, hops, hint of blue cheese. Really good. ianwelby (1591) - SCOTLAND - FEB 4, 2017
Hazy golden beer, white head. Light citrus aroma. Taste is sweet and lemony, with a hint of airy pine and a slightly sour, tropical fruit hint to the finish. Dry and crisp, it’s more of a sipper for me, especially at this strength.

Tap @ Doghouse. Cloudy yellow, not much head. Grain aroma. Biscuit resin flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Decent IPA. mR_fr0g (14241) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 1, 2017
Bottle at home picked up from the brewery. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is nice sweet peach and melon, some orange rind and hot alcohol, bready malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet base mlats, slightly rustic, pithy lemon rind, tangerine. Quite a bit of hot solventy alcohol. Palte is semi sweet, rounded, little sticky hop, moderate carbonation. Not my favourite Kernel beer ever. hawanna (3390) - Freising, GERMANY - JAN 24, 2017

Bottle from The Bottle Shop Bermondsey and drunk at home. Hazy dirty golden brown colour lasting white head. A bit dirty and earthy. Grapefruit aroma from the Centennials. Yes a little dirty. Otherwise decent pale malts not too sweet some bitterness on the finish Decent ipa. Garrold (5941) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 16, 2017
Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy gold. Proper Kernel swede. Nose has white peach and some white grape. Some leafy hop. Some mineral. Taste is light, mineraly, flinty, peach stone bitter. Soft and juicy mouthfeel. Finish is juicy, ripe citrus bitter. If this was more punchy up front it’d be 4.1 territory. As it is, it’s still pretty good.
