Bottle at home. Pours copper, nose is toffee, orange and grapefruit, taste is juicy citrus, dry and bitter. Nocturne (1992) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - JUL 10, 2014
Keg at The Beagle, Chorlton. 7.1%. Hazy pale golden shade with a snowy white cap. Rings of lace soon form. It’s like sipping on a cocktail of tropical flavours. Grapefruit and mango swimming through light caramel malt. Obviously bitter but surprisingly delicate on the palate. Nice to see something subtle that doesn’t want to beat you over the head. Dangerously drinkable on a summer afternoon. VsXsV (4557) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 5, 2014
Draught at CBC 2014. Hazy orange liquid with a small white head. Aroma of tangerine, mango, citrus, pine and bread. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of tangerine, citrus and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice. MarcoDL (5412) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 27, 2014
Delicous IPA, citra is certainly a hop worthy of standing out. Fresh, very fruity, yet also very bitter. Altogether balanced.

Bottle at "à la biere comme à la bière" (Paris) during 1st FRBG jaghana (6302) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - JUN 1, 2014
Pours hazy orange.
Citra aroma: citrus, fruity notes. Balance with malts and hops. Citra works quite nicely as a single hop.
On tap @A la bière comme à la bière, 1rst FRBG. A sweet malty beer, lemony, light resin, candied citrus, well balanced, malty side interesting that goes well with the sweet lemon and dry grass, good brew. tom10101 (6278) - Quebec, CANADA - MAY 31, 2014
On tap @ Café A (Paris Beer Week). Hazy/murky yellow/golden with a huge white head and good lacing. Aroma is quite hoppy with a nice amount of citrus, tropical fruits, light pine, hints of malt and light grassy notes. Taste is also of burst of citrus with a good malt backbone, light bitterness, very light caramel and piney notes. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dry finish. Another very solid IPA from The Kernel. Amazingly tasty, drinkable and quenching. They are among the best - if not the best - in the world for that kind of beer. saintjulien (185) - - MAY 23, 2014
