330ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy gold with a large head. Aroma is mango, pine and lime. Taste is quite light, some mango and pineapple hop. Bitter finish.

SarkyNorthener (4932) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAY 1, 2017
Bottle as Birthday gift from Richthevillan, the king of the Madness dance. Cheers Rich. Hazy golden orange beer with small head. Aroma of tangerine and light malt. Taste is tangerine, light citrus, some grapefruit and light malts. Very good.

Leighton (22555) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 29, 2017
Bottle shared with Steele to prep for Millwall - sourced from the brewery. Pours impressively clear orange-gold with a frothy cap. Nice orange, citrusy hops, some gummy citrus, mellow pale bread, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with piney bitterness, more juicy citrus fruits. Good IPA.

3.7
McNeillR (2329) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 23, 2017
Bright and firm golden, sturdy haze and no discernible head. Nose is a co-operative grassy melon, peach sherbet and quite a sweetness. Initial taste is gravelly melon, faint breadiness/brionchity and quite sturdy bitterness. Carbonation is fairly faint, greasy but full mouthfeel - neat quench. Finishes quite a tumble of pine and marmalade. Puffy passion fruit and drying linger. Solid enough if short of crushable.

Bottle, from the brewery but waylaid in the cellar for almost a month!

Garrold (5701) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - APR 23, 2017
Growler fill. Turner’s, Sheffield. A big fat litre of it. Pale gold. Lightly hazy. Modest Kernel head. Nose is all peach and nectarine stone. Some apricot. It’s so rich in stone fruit, it’s coming across a bit estery and Belgian? Touch of herb and leafy mint. Taste has an initial sweetness, that gets fairly intense, stone fruit kernel bitter. Slick and oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Big bitterness to finish. Not your typical Kernel, for me.

Theydon_Bois (20935) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - APR 21, 2017
Keg at the Kings Arms, BG, 27/03/17.
Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white head.
Nose is grapefruit, straw, light pine needle, melon, juicy hop strokes.
Taste comprises orange pith, light dank schmack, pine needle, cantaloupe melon, red grapefruit, toasted bread.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a semi dank hop spatter.
Solid Kernel work.

PhillyCraft (8041) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 12, 2017
Bottle care of Paul, pours a hazy golden orange with small white head. Notes of bitter orange rind, gapefruit, grass, spices, wood, and melon. Really dry and bitter in the finish. The aroma was pleasant.

Scopey (15906) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 11, 2017
Keg at Craft CG. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, peachy, passion fruit, mango, marmalade, light toffee, light earth and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, moderate bitterness, pretty juicy, tropical fruits, mango, peach, passion fruit, orange peel, oily, brioche & marmalade, drizzle cake, and some pine needles. Finish is firm and dry. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good stuff.

Fin (10980) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 9, 2017
Bottle picked up from the brewery Saturday 8th consumed at home Sunday 9th April whilst planning a Rhubarb Crumble Ice Cream for tea tonight. A dirty yellow merging to light amber colour with a slim white head. Juicy, sweet IPA, soft easy going bitterness, actually the bitterness builds. It is good but I have had much better from Kernel.
