From keg at The Kernel. Good white head . Nice golden colour. Overwhelming aroma of tropical fruit - mango and passion fruit. I dont recall an IPA with such an intensive and beautiful aroma. The freshnness of the beer /served two weeks before schedule because it was so good already/ is stunning. In taste more tropical fruit , citrus , and long pleasant bitterness balanced by lovely malt make it a IPA fan paradise. A beer of my dreams but only when served fresh on the spot. If only I lived in London...

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy golden colour with late awakening, average to huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly cautious, citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango. Taste is bitter and citrusy hoppy with a mineral touch, hints of passion fruit and other tropical fruit, caramel malty basis; really bitter throughout, long lasting bitter finish. Another beer that contributes to the rise of Mosaic in my personal hop charts.

Flavour is light sweet , very fresh and fruity, citrus, tropical fruits, some light-sweet floral notes, crisp but soft bitter hoppy finish. Light-bodied. Great IPA from the Kernel again.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2015 Pale golden haze, visible carbonation and a frumpy white head. Eggy onion, rich white berry, limes in a plastic bag/Capri Sun sweet fruitiness. Initial taste is a swell of bitterness and dried pineapple aiding drinkability. Then mulching pine and purring grapefruit. In the background theres a melon and mango tussle, overall a real tropical meldey without being overly sweet or cheapened by the ABV. Is actually a bit thinned out, scrabbling bitterness on the finish but superb to get this performance from a single hop.

Bottle, Cornelius, Edinburgh, Bottle On: 04.03.14, ABV: 6.9%

Preceeding the Double Mosiac, bit more appley and an eyeful more bitterness. Sweeter, not as dense and 0.1% nod on the ABV. Again, Cornelius but 15/07 and drank 12/09 despite being bought yesterday. Up a notch though.
