330 ml bottle from the brewery, Bermonsdey, London, UK. It pours hazy golden with a medium, frothy, white head. Aroma is fruity, orange, grapefruit, notes of apricot and tropicals. Some sweet aroma too. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, carbonation is average. Overall one of the best Kernel ever had. Very very good! nuplastikk (6275) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 29, 2017

Cask at Harp in London. Hazy golden-orange with a one-finger white head. Aroma is a big hop punch, lots of citrus/grapefruit, tropical fruit, resins. The flavor has a mildly sweet malt base giving way to a big citrus/resin hop punch. Nice crisp feel, medium body, good hoppy resinousness. Another strong one from the Kernel. Pint in the bull near Liverpool st which always has some sort of kernel on. 7.1 percent. Classic stuff. Juicy, citrusy, delicious. samdee (88) - Rennes, FRANCE - MAR 17, 2017
Canned from draft. Pale looks with a hint of a cloud. Heads holds up ok. Smells of grapefruit rind and tropics. Citrus starts in the mouth, quickly overpowered by a subtle mix of resin, grapeseed, and grass. Long finish. Towey1989 (2820) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2017
Keg at The Hop Inn, Newcastle-Under-Lyme. 6.8% ABV. A slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of mango, grapefruit, lemon, some orange, slight pine, a hint of apricot, a little caramel and subtle herbal hops.
Taste of mango, grapefruit, pine, orange, some lemon, slight apricot, subtle peach, a hint of onion, a little caramel and herbal hops. Medium bodied and an oily texture. A long, dry, slightly piney, citrus and herbal hop bitterness in the finish. Wow! A hop lovers dream IPA, packed full of mosaic hop flavour. A big, bitter, hoppy IPA with that hint of sweetness. Top 50 for a reason.
