Draft at Bottle Shop, Druid Street. Near clear pinkish orange with a white head. Aroma of tart cherries, funk, candies cherries, light woody notes and light barnyard. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

From bottle at brewery. A superb cherry beer but way too watery to be a great sour beer, shame.

On tap @ Borefts 2014. I just love the looks on these. Pinkish red almost glowing in the glass, cloudy with a big pink lacing head. Flawless. Mild slightly sourish citrus/lemonic nose. Subtle hints of sour cherries and brett in the back. Really nice. A nice light oily feeling in the mouth and it’s well carbonated with a growing small prickling carbonation level. Sour cherries in the taste alright. Sorrel, nuts, brett, grass and something slightly herbal earthy. A wonderful amount of flavors in such a little beer. 26.09.2014

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 26 Aug 2015) Clear red colour with brief, pinkish white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of cherries and red fruit. Fruity, tart taste with cherries, red fruit, almonds, lingonberries and a dry tart finish. Light body, quite dry. Highly drinkable with a fresh sourness. On the thin side. Nice one.

Clear bright red colour, white head. Fruity aroma, cherry, sour notes, all quite subdued. Sour flavour, cherry. Bit thin. Finish cherry, sour notes. Quite refreshing, but lacks a bit of dept.
